Walking with the King - Walking, watching, listening, and learning with Jesus
The dance is over for now – we've entered into a covenant relationship with the King. (In the Jewish world when Jesus lived, it was called the betrothal phase – we would call it engagement).
In this second Kingdom book, we are privileged to walk beside our Lord Jesus as He does His Father's business throughout Palestine. We'll eat and sleep beside His twelve friends, listen carefully to every word He speaks, and observe closely how He interacts with dignitaries, clergy, soldiers, lepers, prostitutes, and friends.
I think you'll be happily surprised by whom the King hangs out with, seriously challenged by what He says, and fall in love with His kindness and generosity. These several cameo pictures will add fragrance and flavor to our own Kingdom journey.
